A referral called in regarding a new home they purchased this year with a small leak on a fairly new roof. Chris took a look around today and look at this mess! Improperly flashed and unsealed skylights. It's such a shame how many roofing companies do not complete their jobs properly leaving so many preventable issues.

We got called out to check for lighting damage to a home we are installing a roof for next week in Prosper. Most of their electronics were fried but thankfully there was no roof impact.
