The NASW-TX SOGIE Committee opposes attempts to replace professional expertise with political ideology and calls on social workers, healthcare providers, and allies to reject misinformation, defend ethical practice, and be solidarity with transgender communities. We will not be silent in the face of attacks on human rights, professional integrity, and access to affirming care. Read the full statement: https://bit.ly/4vrAAOv

Are you being recorded by your client?
My husband recently got this transcription device to help him in his job. (He's in IT... no therapy stuff.) The linear device on the left is the transcribing device. On the right, the company supplies you with a wrist band, so you can wear it like a watch, a clip mechanism, or a thin lanyard to wear as a necklace.
So... would you know if you were being recorded?
