PhaseOne was awarded by IBAT as the gold award winner for architectural design in community banking. We partnered with FirstLockhart National Bank in the design and build their 4,195 square foot branch in San Marcos, Texas.

PhaseOne was awarded by IBAT as the silver award winner for architectural design in community banking. We partnered with Community National Bank & Trust of Texas to design and build their new 29,000 SF branch and office complex in Waxahachie, Texas.

Ground Breaking: Bayer Heritage FCU recently broke ground on their new 5,500 SF facility. The new branch design has a stone veneer with a metal roof and drive thru. The interior design experience focuses on enhanced member service through hybrid teller pods, a café style office, and a concierge station welcoming members as they enter the lobby.

To commemorate the special day, members of the Credit Union staff, Board of Directors and community attended.
