My family found ourselves in a difficult situation after the passing of a loved one. From our very first meeting, we were impressed by Phil's depth of knowledge. Not only about real estate, but also the local market and every step of the selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our countless questions, and helped align family members.

Once we were ready to move forward, Phil immediately got to work. He presented options and opportunities much faster than any of us expected. I’ll be the first to admit that our family was not the easiest group to coordinate, but Phil showed incredible patience, professionalism, and understanding throughout the entire process.
