I will spend the full day in the backyard with my boo’s with no regrets. The ability to grow, harvest, and use the herbs/plants/veg that you grow is remarkable for the soul. There’s just something about challenging the elements, and watching them grow that calms you.

👩‍🌾 A major goal of ours is to be self sustainable in home and business with our own grow here in TX. Did you know it was unheard of for a family to not have h**p planted on their homestead back in the day? Now you mention it and Betty sue gasps. Ha!

Are you feeling ungrounded lately? Try walking through a local green spot, or get barefooted while walking on the grass. Exposure to nature is one of my favorite ways to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Kids actin’ up? Take them outside and watch how it organically calms the child. There’s an inner need for us to explore, and connect with mother earth.
