Put it in the local news, giving us details, names, and the financial details. Why leave us in the dark so people can speculate and gossip. The investigation can still be conducted. This probably will be swept under the rug like many other unethical practices that occur in our county, and the taxpayers suffer. I can only tell you the truth I cannot make you believe it.

🏫 A Parent Teacher Association in a small South Texas town is under police investigation after concerns surfaced about the handling of its finances.

The Alice Police Department has opened an investigation into the Schallert PTA, according to a news release issued by the Alice Independent School District on Thursday morning. Robert Schallert Elementary School serves roughly 563 students in Alice, a South Texas city located about 45 miles west of Corpus Christi.
