Alice ISD is taking advantage of the summer break to deep-clean and prepare each campus for the upcoming school year.
At Saenz Elementary School, custodian Ralph Davis spent part of Tuesday cleaning classroom rugs. Davis carefullylined-up, vacuumed, cleaned and organized the rugs to help ensure classrooms are fresh, clean and ready to welcome students and staff back in August.
Summer maintenance and cleaning projects are an important part of Alice ISD's commitment to providing students with safe, clean and inviting learning environments across the district.
