For no additional charge, Medicare Traditional clients with home health can get daily vital signs monitored remotely. 888-335-2435
The Honeywell Touch Monitor is a Hospital grade, Medicare approved device that measures weight, blood pressure, oxygen, and pulse. The vital signs are collected and transmitted to a nurse at our office. We can see issues to help prevent re-hospitalizations. The Honeywell Touch Monitor is provided to all Traditional Medicare Patients at no additional charge.
