​Alice High School students Tiffany Kim & Caleb Flores have officially stepped onto the national stage and wrapped up their competition! They are among 3,300 future educators and teacher leaders competing at The Educators Rising 2026 National Conference here at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland! ✈️🌲
​This year's theme is "Teach with Purpose, Lead with Passion," and these two have done exactly that.
​Now, the waiting game begins... We are currently pending results, but no matter what the scoreboard says, Tiffany and Caleb have worked incredibly hard and left it all out there. We couldn't be prouder of how they’ve represented our school and community! 💙

📢 Important Camp Update!
Due to scheduling changes, the Alice Lady Coyote Summer Soccer Camp has been rescheduled to July 13–15 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
🌟 Calling all young soccer players! 🌟
Join us for an exciting opportunity to develop your soccer skills, build confidence, make new friends, and have fun! This camp is open to both boys and girls entering 1st–8th grade and provides athletes with the opportunity to learn from the Alice High School soccer program, including Lady Coyote coaches and players.
⚽ Learn fundamental soccer skills
⚽ Improve dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control
⚽ Develop teamwork and sportsmanship
⚽ Gain confidence through fun games and activities
⚽ Learn game strategies in a positive and energetic environment
Whether you're new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp offers valuable training for players of all experience levels!

On behalf of Superintendent Dr. Anysia Trevino, the Board of Trustees, and the entire Alice ISD family, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Nelda Garcia.

Nelda served as a dedicated Parent Liaison at Alice High School for many years, touching the lives of countless students, families, and staff through her kindness, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our community. Her caring spirit and devotion to helping others made a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her. May they find comfort in the memories they shared and in the legacy of service and love that Nelda leaves behind.

She will be deeply missed by the Alice ISD family.
