Please accept this email as written notice from my last Tuesday evening resignation serving on the Association Board. While my approximate eleven years serving as Treasurer has been challenging and fulfilling I no longer view my contribution is serving the Board in the direction it wants to travel. I am confident there are more qualified individuals than myself the Board will want to pursue. I’m willing to share whatever knowledge and information I gleamed while serving as Treasurer with Board members as requested. We also want to remind all Unit Owners that any discussions held with Chris before his resignation may not contain information that has been properly or completely shared with the Board or the Property Manager.
Any and all agreements you may have between you and Chris should be confirmed with the Board and Property Manager to verify their accuracy, validity, and legal standing.
The Board also reminds all Unit Owners that any and all issues are to be reported to the Property Manager first, then the Board ([email protected]) so that the Board can follow up and ensure all items are taken care of in a timely fashion and in a manner that all parties are satisfied with.
We thank Chris for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors.

Due to the current status of Village buildings throughout Algonquin, the scheduled Board Meeting for March 24, 2020 is postponed indefinitely.
As we, the Board, await further information from the Village, our next scheduled meeting is May 19, 2020.
We are hopeful that we will be able to fit the March meeting into our plans. In the interim, we encourage you to visit CDC.gov and algonquin,org for updates and statuses of area and national facilities.

Seal coating today and tomorrow...
Even numbered addresses today June 11.
Odd numbered addresses tomorrow June 12.
Residents who do not keep their driveways cleared for this event will be held financially responsible to pay for their unit to be seal coated at a later date by the Association’s vendor.
You will not be allowed to do this by yourself.
