GC Myers Solo Exhibition "Flow" is on display now!

Thank you to everyone who attending the opening last night and huge thanks to GC Myers for creating such a beautiful collection of work. This is our 27th show with Gary! We are so grateful for all his hard work and dedication since his first solo show "Redtree" in 2000. He is a rockstar.

This is the last weekend to see Geoffrey Johnson's solo exhibition. This show contains virtually every vein of his work from cityscapes, to an interior, landscapes full of color, his classic minimal street scenes, and even a portrait of Elvis!

The refusal to settle is what gives Geoffrey Johnson’s paintings their tension and atmosphere. Balancing realism and abstraction, his work shifts between precision and looseness, clarity and ambiguity, always searching for something just beyond the obvious.

"I hope my work is constantly changing, because the worst thing to me would be to become boring or repetitive. My process changes with the painting style, depending on if there is more realism or abstraction. For example, sometimes things are really loose and other times not.
