Operations Challenge, hosted by the Water Environment Federation, is the water sector’s premier professional development program. Each year, teams of water professionals train and compete in five core events that simulate the real-world challenges they face every day on the job.
Through local training, qualifying events, and the national competition at , participants showcase their technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and under pressure. Along the way, competitors and judges alike build connections, strengthen their abilities, and accelerate their career growth in the .
