Had the pleasure of speaking with some awesome young ladies from the 4H food and fitness board. We had a wonderful lunch on Saturday while they were in town to help in the community gardens for the good food project. Thank you ladies for informing me about the wonderful things that 4H is doing for the state of Louisiana.
