As Executive Director, I am honored to carry forward the mission she championed with such passion. Her leadership transformed an idea into a lasting source of hope and opportunity for countless individuals and families. While we mourn this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a life dedicated to service and community. Helen's legacy will continue to inspire our work and guide our mission for generations to come.

Since 2002, JDC has been providing comprehensive and systematic project and construction management services for community-focused development projects. These projects include multi-family residential, commercial, religious, and educational facilities located throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area as well as projects beyond the Washington DC Metropolitan area, to support the growing needs of our clients.

JDC knows and understands the importance of giving back to the local and extended communities. Their support goes beyond the financial level, as they develop a bond with their students that has resulted in long-term relationships and opportunities for full-time employment.
