Hugo Romero is a top-producing real estate specialist at Coldwell Banker who has served clients in the Greater Washington DC Metropolitan area since 2003. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, he continues to successfully represent national and international sellers, buyers, investors and tenants with their real estate needs, drawing on his stellar track record for outstanding service and results.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Hugo hails from Puerto Rico. He completed his Bachelor's in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, then moved to DC to initially pursue a career in politics, where he served international corporate and government clients at the lobbying firm Potomac Global Advisors and the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) before venturing into the real estate arena.

Hugo is a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Candidate, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He frequently contributes articles on real estate issues for "Mi Casa", the real estate section of the Washington Hispanic newspaper, as well as Univision.com. A Northern Virginia resident for nearly 20 years, Hugo resides in Springfield with his wife and two children. He enjoys cooking, visiting local parks and traveling in his leisure time.
