Time to end my plant face diet and back to a meat base diet doctors order. After a shot torpedoes my hard work, I now need to flush my system per my doctor’s instructions using a combination of prescribed medication and alternate medicine for maximum efficiency to get my inflammatory and candida reaction down.
Candida rid is a non-prescription base option made by and as a long time user of their products, I wanted to give this Candida rid a try, my doctor approved and add the prescription Nystatin to be used together to create a more powerhouse eradication of gut candida.

I have been using Citridrop another product from for many years which helps with candida over growth and my allergies. This citri drop have and continue to been a life save of my outlandish allergy and mold symptoms. My ENT/Doc checked my nose on my recent visit and asked if we did the ballon surgery on my nose, told him nope and he said your sinus looks very clean and good. A vast comparison to my always clogged nose that had my doc scare for my breathing capacity and as a result propose doing the ballon surgery, as nothing would clear my sinuses. I also have a sever mold allergy that torpedo my entire system and thanks to this citri drop and constant usage my system is mold free after over a decade of pure misery.

Doing a candida cleans is not fun and should not be done in extreme combination like this, however I have spend years on gut healing, diet, inflammation control and have done drastic prescription candida cleans in the past, so I am fully aware of die off symptoms and things getting worst before getting better symptoms. Because of my hard work and dedication to healing the body as a whole, these symptoms are mild in comparison to previous treatment.

Time and dedication to healing, through exercise, diet, mind and body using meditation, natural and prescription product, research, trial and error, and resilience can bring you closer to a fully healed body. The journey isn’t linear and at times can have you going into circles but consistency and the desire for healing will eventually yield positive results.

Avocado, baby spinach egg roll. These can be a quick snack or a meal. Egg roll contain avocado, sauté baby spinach, and onions wrap in a plant base eggroll and air fry to your liking. This is great to have something fried without actually frying it.

Another Favorite Almond egg roll: sautéed almonds, garlic, sweet peppers, olive oil, tamarin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and vegan cheese in plant base egg roll and serve with a side of duck sauce if you can tolerate mild sugar intake from the sauce.

Snack: pickled cucumber and pickled radish: depends on your sensitivity, and your diet pickle items could be added in later on in your diet not at the beginning. Reddish or considered a gassy food so use caution and don’t eat too many at a time. As you can see, I chose to slice only the radishes and they turned the pickle juice red. I did not add any sugar to my pickling juice.

sautéed cauliflower and broccoli serve with quinoa. Broccoli is healthy however, not everyone can tolerate broccoli. This is one of my intolerance and I haven’t had it in years so I decided to give it a try.

This is 100% Jamaican plantain porridge with coconut condensed milk. Coconut condensed milk contain sugar, so not suitable for those sensitive to sugar. This is about three or four months into my plant-based diet, so this was my treat. Even better when served with Jamaican hard dough bread or Jamaican water crackers.

Dish 1: butter lentils serve with Jamaican provision: green banana, cocoa, pear(avocado).

Dish 2: butter lentils!serve with sweet potato glass noodles, avocado and bean sprouts.

Sautéed dates, serve with sweet potato glass noodles, and a side of avocado. The natural sweetness of the dates will come through so be cautious if you need to avoid sugar. This recipe should only be incorporated in your diet once your body can tolerate natural sugars, or after the end of your candida diet.

First Easter Dinner without meat or making a mini feast. Butter cauliflower, lentils, and mung bean tofu, serve with a bake potato and gluten free naan. Another absolute favorite. Kept it simple and simple was absolute amazing.
