In addition to our regular menu’ the specials are: 1) Braised short ribs with homemade gnocchi. 2) Lobster Ravioli in a rose light cream sauce. 3) Airline chicken breast(drumette attached) alla cacciatore

DESSERTS: 1)Blueberry cheese cake with side gelato 2) Chocolate cake filled with strawberries cream and mascarpone.

Rainy day.

On Friday, between our location and our sister location Ciro's N.Y. Pizza in Centreville, we make a lot of pizzas, and I mean a lot of pizzas!!
I don’t want to hide the fact that sometimes even after 47 years of experience, I still get nervous and anxious because I am afraid that something can go wrong; like a pizza man that doesn’t show up, an oven that might break down …etc.
I run back and forth between the two locations like a mad man to help the busiest location. I have a dog life 😂 But what can I do? I love my job.
There is a funny story of this pizza man in New Jersey, who had a heart attack on a Friday and while he was being taken to the hospital in the ambulance, he called his manager telling him that he had a catering to pick up at 7:30.
That’s how crazy we become!
Please be kind to pizza men! 😂😂

My daughters, even though they have chosen different professions, are always ready to help our busy restaurants as much as possible. And Susana is always on my side. 🤌🏻
