My favorite part of playing Elsa is getting to show brown and black little girls that we don’t only get to play slaves and maids but we also get to be beautiful and powerful princesses (and no, not just Tiana!)

I’m in as Elsa this Saturday (matinee) and Sunday (matinee) — while it shows “sold out” online, all waitlist people have gotten into the show AND we’ve still had empty seats each performance! So get to the theatre right when the house opens and you’ve got like a 99.9% chance of getting in!

It’s been a hell of…not even a full week! 🤦🏽‍♀️

1000 members… That’s my big audacious goal for SPARK!

Not just 1000 people grieving together (though we'll hold space for that too).

And when 1000 of us are doing it together? That's not just a community. That's a MOVEMENT.

So I created SPARK — a place where you don't have to choose between processing your feelings about the state of the world AND pursuing your business goals.

A community where pain and joy can coexist. Where grief and growth happen simultaneously. Where you can be heartbroken about the world AND still build something beautiful.

Because when values-aligned business owners stop doing this alone? When we pool our resources, networks, and energy? That's when real change happens.
