We are bringing back Team NM!! Calling all Transplant Families, we are looking for people to join Team NM for the 2026 Transplant Games in Denver Colorado.

If you are a Transplant Recipient Living Donor, or Donor Family you are eligible to join. Our Vision

Team New Mexico Transplant Games of America is dedicated to promoting awareness about the incredible gift of life. Each member of our team has either received a transplant or is connected to a donor hero. Our mission is proudly representing NM at the 2026 games in Denver, Colorado, strengthen the transplant community in Albuquerque, and support families throughout this journey.

Thank you UNM Hospital Community Resource for putting on such a great event. Over 600 people came out for this backpack give away. And we got to be a park of it! We handed out hand sanitizer, chapsticks and random goodies for the kids to put in their new backpacks for school 💚💙

‼️I AM MEETING MY ORGAN DONOR’S FAMILY‼️😭🙌🏽🎉 I am beyond grateful for @lucillesal & @team.nm.transplant.games for helping me make this happen!✨ I knew this day would come, I just didn’t expect it to happen so soon🥲🙏🏽 They’ve started a GoFundMe to help cover some of the travel costs for my donor’s wife and daughters to fly out for our #InternationalBalloonFiesta!!!✈️ I’ve put the link in my bio- if you’re able to donate, I would really really appreciate it and will even crochet you a little gift in return if you want!🫶🏽 I’m so thankful for all the support I’ve received from you guys- I love being in this community and I feel extremely lucky to have so many people who understand how important this is for us recipients and donor families👏🏽🍀 I CANT WAIT to finally meet the amazing people who saved my life!!!!!🙌🏽 #organdonation #livertransplant #donorfamily #donatelife 07/18/2026
