Unlock the vibrant potential of your printmaking practice in this immersive, three-day workshop dedicated to the art of the multi-plate photopolymer print. While single-plate printing offers a beautiful tonal range, working with multiple plates allows you to introduce a sophisticated world of color, depth, and atmospheric interest to your imagery. Throughout the session, participants will move beyond the basics to master the intricate workflow of preparing, exposing, and inking multiple plates for a single composition. You will learn the mechanical "magic" of precise registration—ensuring each layer aligns perfectly on the press—while exploring a variety of creative approaches to color theory in print.
