Tour ABQ part-time Trolley driver

Pay: $16 per hour - starting point -

Job description:

Purpose: Trolley driver on the open-air Trolley during various Tour ABQ tours.

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills while ensuring safe transportation and adhering to routes and schedules. The candidate will be reliable and a safety conscious Trolley Driver.


🚋Ability to drive the Trolley while a tour guide is talking to the riders.
🚋Excellent communication skills.
🚋Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
🚋Positive attitude with a passion for Albuquerque.
🚋Reliable and punctual.
🚋Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
🚋Maintain a clean Trolley, including sweeping, cleaning windows and fueling as needed.

Job Duties:

🚋Works as two-person team with Trolley tour guide to offer a memorable Albuquerque experience.
🚋Goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs.
🚋Accepts constructive criticism and offers feedback to Tour ABQ managers.
🚋Serves as an ambassador for Tour ABQ and Albuquerque.

This position is part-time and hours may vary weekly.

Tour ABQ is independently owned and operated.

Speakeasy, place where alcoholic beverages are illegally sold, especially such establishments in the United States during Prohibition (1920–33). In more recent years the term has also applied to legal bars that are modeled on historical speakeasies.
According to some accounts, the word speakeasy came from “speak-softly shops,” illegal drinking establishments in England and Ireland in the 19th century.
