We are excited to announce our 2023 door decorating contest winners! We loved all of the decorations and creativity our residents put into decorating their doors. It was hard to pick just 3! This is one of our favorite contests and we look forward to it each and every year. Thank you so much to all who participated!

Our Holiday Happy Hour was a great turnout. Our hearts were happy to see our residents getting to know one another and celebrating the holiday season. It was the true spirit of community. Thank you for joining us. ♥️

We want to thank our residents who joined us for our Crime and Safety Awareness Meeting last month. We are excited to announce that Del Rio Apartments has joined forces with the Albuquerque Police Department and has been certified to join the Albuquerque Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program. We look forward to continue working with our residents to prevent crime in our community.
