Tyson 🐶
1-2 years old male
Neutered, fully vetted

Tyson was found as a stray, where multiple people on social media had seen him throughout the weeks. While we don’t know what happened to him in his adventures, we do know he’s SAFE now ✨

Tyson does have Lyme disease which slowed the healing of his wounds. Lyme disease comes from ticks, and it is not contagious to other animals or people. He will need a diligent adopter to keep an eye out for symptoms like lethargy, joint pain, loss of appetite, or any other sudden changes that would require vet attention. He may need antibiotics or other treatment, but it’s typically not extensive.

🐶Dogs: Tyson typically does better with female dogs and male dogs who are smaller than him. We do require meet and greets with other pets in the house, so we’ll make sure they’re a good fit!

🐱Cats: Tyson has interacted with one cat and
showed no interest in the cat. The cat is a senior cat though who was not running around or trying to play with him.

👧Kids: Tyson has done well with kids. He tries to be respectful, but is still learning, and interactions should be monitored. Sometimes he gets the zoomies and can act a little wild
since he’s still a young pup

Training: Tyson is crate trained and sleeps in the crate through the night. He is also potty trained and has not had an accident in his Fosters home. He does have an understanding of basic commands, but still can use practice
especially in higher distraction environments.
Leash manners are still a work in progress as well.
