That beautiful round bright white dot is the Caviar d'escargot (or egg). This how they start out and get this big after two seasons! This guy is not foraged but 100% Perle de Blanc born and raised 😃😛🙂🐌❤

Anthony Bourdain was the first celebrity chef I actually liked. He ate, cooked and said what he wanted. Anyone who actually knows me could testify that I live my life similarly lol. I read the article below and it made me really wish he was still around, not only because he was an inspiration to millions but also so he could see a nobody like me from Belen, New Mexico made one of his unattainable ingredients a reality for chefs in the USA. I hope he would have been excited. He will always be missed in this house.
