Just got my van back today. Had to get the transmission replaced. It took about a week. Everybody was pretty impressed with how many miles I had on it. I had it changed out at 260,000. Van now has 809,000. And I changed the original engine out at 716,000. I didn't have to change out the engine but I just wanted to make sure and do it on my time line. I'm sure there will never be a quality product like this again.

Crazy day today..
I left Albuquerque at 3:30 to do a AAA call in Alamagordo,(230+ miles) then just as I got done they called and asked if I'd take care of another customer in Las Cruces .. so I've driven almost 650 miles today, be home by 1:30am... some days customer service is more important than a good night's sleep...

It's a good time to make sure you have extra keys. With the computer chip keys it's very expensive if you lose the only one you have. I do foreign and domestic high security and smart keys. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Customer came down all the way from Durango Colorado for this Saab key. Only Saab dealer in the New Mexico no longer does them.

Another broken Lexus Key shell... very common problem... easily replaced.
