Albuquerque Academy students graduate knowing how to think, how to understand their own worldview and those of others, how to find and then evaluate information, how to construct and analyze an argument, and how to communicate clearly, authentically, and diplomatically. And they leave with an internalized sense of the Academy’s mission — that it is their privilege and responsibility to serve their country and community with wisdom, conviction, and compassion.

Hear ye, hear ye! Homecoming & Reunion Weekend 2026: Year of the Charger is nearly upon us! 🐴
From spirited competitions and outdoor adventures to music and reunions, the realm of campus shall be alive with celebration. Old friendships will be rekindled, new memories forged, and Charger pride carried boldly into the future.
We welcome all alumni, families, students, and friends of the Academy to gather for a weekend of tradition, connection, and revelry — with special milestone celebrations for classes ending in 1 and 6.
So ride forth, Chargers, the banners are raised, and the call has been sounded!

Hoist the cup, and give us a cheer! 🏆 👏 For the eighth consecutive year, Albuquerque Academy has claimed the 4A Director’s Cup from the New Mexico Activities Association. With 3,440 points, our Chargers outscored EVERY school across all divisions! This marks the 18th time our incredible teams have received this award since its inception in the 2004-05 school year. The Director’s Cup is awarded to the top NMAA schools based on success in activities, athletics, and sportsmanship.
⏱️ It's not too soon to think about Albuquerque Academy for Fall 2027! Complete an interest form by August 1 to receive a $25 discount on our application fee before applications open on September 1.
