GREAT TIP for VACANT HOMES:

Appliance theft in vacant homes for sale can be a big problem. One of the tricks of the trade is to remove the k***s, burner tops and maybe a grate or rack inside. Dishwasher racks, microwave turn tables etc. Even shelves in fridges depending on how vigilant you want to be. Why? Because thieves know it costs hundreds of dollars to replace these items thus making the resale value of the stolen items far less profitable and in some cases, even making them upside down in value when they try to resell them. Store the items off site and return them right before the sale closes. This practice has saved my clients thousands of dollars over the years.
