Welcome to khmogen design. I am a juried artist that loves to paint in watercolor and acrylic Hello, my name is Karen Hackett Mogen.
I am a graphic artist, photographer, juried watercolorist, mosaic artist, and decoy painter. Art has been a part of my life as long as I can remember.
