I have had alot of calls since last night so this is a Real Estate post for all of My FB friends and Colleagues. I am going to post a conversation from this morning with my clients permission. This is why I'm in Real Estate of course the traditional 6% is how we make our money however. If you work to better people the money will come. Am I saying I'll share my expertise of 21 years for free or a discount absolutely not. As an owner of a Real Estate Firm I will structure my policy and fees accordingly. I'm ready to lead the way in our industry to still do what I love and be of service to the people who see my value and then in the future help pick up the pieces when law suits in the thousands emerge from un- regulated home sales.
