Join us next weekend for lots of fun learning all about multimodal communication! This meeting will include demonstrations from professors that work with multi modal communication in the clinic! Including actual devices models📲 and an ASL crash course 👐🏼

Help us do some Spring Cleaning in the Cljnic 🌷✨
This Tuesday and in again in two weeks!
We will be organizing/labeling and cleaning up the resource library in the SHS clinic from 3/4
This is a great opportunity to visit the clinic and explore what kinds of resources are used in therapy in the clinic everyday!

Please join us this Saturday, 3/28 at Dane Smith Hall from 10-11 AM for our March meeting!
We will have a panel of SLP guest speakers from a variety of disciplines and with a variety of experiences to come speak about their day-to-day careers!
Following our meeting, feel free to join us at the Every Ability Plays Project Spring Fundraiser Event! The are looking for about 10 volunteers that can come help out (since our event is overlapping, we would be helping with tear down). Let us know if you are interested in volunteering at this event as well!

Thank you to everyone that attended our Sip N’ Paint this month! We were able to raise a good mourn of money in support of Adelante Development Center!
This money will go to helping them to buy art supplies and encourage community involvement for the people they support. 💛
We had a lot of fun making these beautiful paintings and supporting a good cause!☺️

The first portion of these collected funds will pay for the goodie bag supplies, that we will make at our Goodie Bag Assembly meeting this Saturday, and all additional funds will be donated directly to Every Ability Plays!! ☺️

+ Join us 2/21 at 11 AM (after our regular NSSLHA meeting) in the SHS clinic to help us assemble goodie bags for children with special needs!

February’s NSSLHA Meeting is all about Leadership!!
We will be going through the officer positions in NSSLHA, including our roles, responsibilities and time commitment.
If you are interested in becoming a NSSLHA officer next year, please attend this event so you can learn about these positions and how to apply!
We will also share information about National NSSLHA Leadership positions available!

After this event, we will host a goodie bag assembly event to provide goodie bags to children at the Every Ability Plays Project Spring Fling!
Come help us put together some fun goodie bags for special needs children!

Both meetings will be held at the Speech and Hearing Science clinic on February 21st at 10 and 11:30 AM!
