Optomec to present Advanced mm-Wave Packaging with Aerosol Jet printed electronics systems at !
Join Optomec (booth #518) at the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) at the San Diego Convention Center June 11-16, as we come together once again for the world’s premier RF and microwave industry conference and trade show. Our Optomec Additive Manufacturing experts are onsite exhibiting at the NCMS Technology Showcase at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) in Texas this week!
CCAD serves as the Army’s premier helicopter overhaul and repair facility. Optomec's Metal Additive Manufacturing process uses a technique called Directed Energy Deposition (DED) to build or repair aviation components with a wide variety of materials including steels, nickel alloys and reactive alloys such as those based on Ti and Al. The Optomec solution has repaired over 10 million gas turbine engine components including turbine and compressor blades, vanes, IBRs, seals and other components.
