SUBMISSIONS OPEN

If you have a completed short film under 10 minutes and you’d like to be part of Liminal 77’s first screening at the Guild, please send a link to your film to [email protected].

Submissions due June 1st.
New Mexican residents/filmmakers only.

Screening will be July 26th at 1pm. This event is a fundraiser for Liminal 77 and an opportunity to screen your short at an iconic local theater, meet other filmmakers, and show off all of your hard work to friends and family.

This incredible nonprofit illustrates how creativity and artistic expression can aid children in achieving physical, mental, and emotional healing through engaging activities such as dance, music, painting, photography, video production, computer graphics, and gymnastics. Art provides them with a platform for self-expression and broadening their perspectives.

Please meet Avery Valdes, the writer of Moving Image, a short film featured within the documentary Moving Arts: Setting Hearts Albaze.

Director Zac Cornfield wanted to take a different approach this time, collaborating with Moving Arts coach, Aaron Martinez, to draw from Aaron’s personal life & adapt it into a deeply personal short film now embedded within the documentary.
