Humus Mirabilis is a company founded for the purpose of creating exciting and innovative landscapes. All the projects are a working collaboration with our clients, other artists/artisans and our unique New Mexican environment.
Recently received some inquiries about Humus Mirabilis, Inc. I thought it was common knowledge, but it has been closed as a business since the summer of 2012. Thanks for your interest!

The company has been taking a six week healing break, but we will be back on and in the ground at the beginning of July. In the mean time check out these images from the recently completed Sun-Dog Path Garden.

Recently completed design for another orchard in the North Valley. Construction is underway. Pics of wall and gates to follow soon!
Small project underway at Escuela -- a new gateway to the 6th Street Studio. Saw the door at Dave Rubino's shop. Solid oak, mortise and tenon joinery, looks, feels great! Pics to follow next week.

Latest design -- a riff on pueblo decco with lots of lavendar. We hope to begin installation in the next couple weeks.
We are gathering some steam after being off for the holidays. Two new designs in the works. Teresa has also posted some new photos of our work on the Toddler Playground at Escuela del Sol Montessori School (see above and below).
