Soilutions, New Mexico’s largest private compost company, is hiring a Customer Service & Yard Associate to join our South Valley team.

Full-Time or Part-time position with a flexible schedule. Hours of operation Monday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Soilutions diverts millions of pounds of organic waste from the landfill each year while producing high-quality compost, soil, and mulch products for our community.

This role is the first point of contact for customers visiting our yard. You will greet customers, process sales, and help ensure a smooth pickup experience while working closely with our office and operations teams.
