The National Association Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC), is the nations premier nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to the Latino arts field. Dust Wave co- founder, Alonso Indacochea is one of 14 arts leaders and cultural workers from across 10 states and Puerto Rico named a Fellow and taking part in an intensive weeklong professional development program in San Antonio, TX this week! Congratulations Alonso!

Congratulations to Dust Wave member, Nata Aguilar! Nata is the winner of the Santa Fe Indie Club’s 4th Annual Screenplay Contest! Nata was fortunate to receive $3,000. to make his film. He describes the stories he tells as, “ vignettes of awesome, Hispanic catalysm”. His next project, is just in line with that! Last Friday the Dust Wave Collective came together to celebrate our community and the birthdays of and ! So fun to get the opportunity to connect, enjoy each other’s company and be reminded once again why we love working together to create art!

A dynamic network of exceptionally talented actors and improvisers, who bring their talent to teaching and performing across diverse landscapes of New Mexico. For this benefit, The Faculty Lounge is bringing the last for one night only in support of Dust Wave! Come ready to enjoy a sharp rifle evening of live performance — and bring some extra corn for bidding!
