Roadrunner 3D

Yesterday we kicked off our 3D printing course with CNM Ingenuity, Inc.! Students spent the morning covering the fundamentals, touring the shop, and getting started with hands-on builds. Next week, we will dive deeper into the programs we use to create our 3D builds!

This week, students from a local middle school got a front-row seat to the entire 3D printing process, courtesy of Noah and Josh. They got the full Roadrunner 3D tour, from getting up close and personal with the cool prints on display to taking a closer look at how we work behind the scenes. It's always fun to open up the shop and share what we do with the next generation of makers!

School's (almost) in session! In June we kickoff a 3D print class though a joint program with CNM Ingenuity, Inc. At last check, there was only one spot open. The Roadrunner 3D team will be leading hands-on 3D print training, going over everything from concept to post-process.

Tabletop RPG fans, this one’s for you. These minis were printed in Nylon PA12, showing how a tough material can still capture the small details that bring a character (or enemy) to life.

These figurines were printed using in Nylon PA12, making them extra tough while still allowing us to add tiny details to each model, even though they're only a few inches tall! We have a variety of filaments available, so stop by or reach out to talk to us and see which material would work for your next project.

The Roadrunner 3D team is in California today for the Slate Collective Summit, an invite-only event that brings together some of the top accessory makers from around the country. After a year of talking with we’re excited to have been invited, and we're ready to make connections and see what’s ahead. Stay tuned - we’ll be sharing more soon!
