Did you know that corned beef and cabbage isn't an Irish tradition? When the Irish immigrated to America, it was easier and cheaper to find corn beef, instead of the pork they were used to, in the neighborhoods most resided. In fact, in Ireland, corn beef was a luxury and often reserved for the wealthy. 🤯

I had some big plans for Easter and my samples turned out amazingly delicious! However, due to some big changes in the family life that are coming up, I've decided not to do Easter boxes this year. I was so looking forward to Easter, but then again I do every year 😜 I will still be taking custom orders through the end of April, so if you're really needing some handmade treats, I'm here!

Happy Pi Day! I was gonna make a French silk pie over the weekend, but orders got me busy with this silky buttercream instead 😅 This is one thing that I am absolutely thrilled to have perfected and use on decorated cookies!
