When Clint Summers and WSR Hesa Alive — "Transmission" — recently claimed The American Rodeo Championship in Arlington, Texas, it was a moment that validated decades of elite breeding. And it's no surprise that Summers plans to breed four mares to Transmission's paternal half-brother — WSR Hesa Dunofa Lena — this season.

WSR Hesa Alive and WSR Hesa Dunofa Lena — "Rooster" — are both by Hesa Sonofa Dun, out of the same Western States Ranch program that bred two of the most decorated rope horses in ProRodeo history.
