This Thanksgiving, Yapopup is providing meals for those in need or anyone who prefers not to cook. Order by November 26 for pickup in Ohkay Owingeh or delivery to Santa Fe and Taos for a small fee. Let's share gratitude this holiday season.

We are thrilled to introduce our new Popé (pronounced "Po'pay") account on August 10th, Popé Day. Named to honor Popé, the visionary leader of the 1680 Pueblo Revolt, our restaurant carries the blessing and approval of the Tewa people of Ohkay Owingeh.

Our logo, featuring the two runners Omtua and Catua, symbolizes the connection between Nessa, and the runners who hail from Tesuque. The knotted rope in our logo symbolizes the coordinated efforts of the Pueblo Revolt of 1680, reminding us of our heritage and our shared history.

The journey of Yapopup has been incredibly meaningful for us, and while we transition into Popé, Yapopup will always be with us as a reminder, symbolized by the UFO in our logo.

On this day, we also honor Bubba Gallegos, who was buried on August 10th. His memory is not forgotten one bit and continues to inspire us as we move forward. Join us in celebrating our rich Pueblo heritage and the memories that shape our journey.

On August 10th, Yapopup will transform into Popé Restaurant.
