In town for the balloons? 🎈 book a massage tomorrow!

Here’s my openings for next week if you’re interested in booking a massage with me :)

In Albuquerque for Balloon Fiesta? 🎈

All that walking, standing, and exploring can leave your body feeling it!

Treat yourself to a recovery massage and leave Albuquerque feeling refreshed and restored.

Limited availability October 4–9 — book your spot before they’re all gone!

Student-Athletes Need Recovery Too! Ages 10-17yo!

Sports put stress on the body. A massage every 2–3 months can help support muscle recovery, reduce tension, improve mobility, and keep athletes feeling their best.

Massage isn’t just for when something hurts—it can be part of a healthy recovery routine.

Parents & Athletes in Albuquerque: I offer a discounted rate for student-athletes. Make recovery part of your game plan!

I know I never stated this or made an announcement so here it is :) a small FYI massage etiquette for yall who may not know this information. Always feel free to ask questions if you’re not sure or aware of how Massage Therapy works
