I've posted this before, but it is worth re-visiting. Because it is true. If you are struggling with any health issues, consider seeing an alternative practitioner before allowing a conventional physician to prescribe "medicine." Their "medicine" often causes more harm than good.

This is actually true. While we are eating we think we are having an enjoyable experience through the flavors and the mouth-feel, etc. The thing is, we don't feel good AFTER eating junk food.
