Fridays are for sushi 🍣 We normally go out for our sushi date night, but tonight we changed it up and made sushi at home. Even got the appetizers 👀 Go on over to and get you some sauce! This one here goes GREAT with sushi. I definitely take it with me when we go out 👌🏾

One of my many inspirations in life is my grandma. From the memories I have to the many life lessons she taught us all. At her house she has a huge hydrangea bush in the front yard. I would think of her whenever I saw hydrangeas, so it makes for a perfect piece as a tribute to her.

Lunchtime! Pan fried salmon bites, Brussels sprouts, and quinoa 🤤 Healthy eating doesn’t have to be flavorless and boring, there are plenty of healthy options. We have to eat, so we might as well eat food worth loving!

I’m not a huge breakfast guy, but brisket, egg, and sweet potato breakfast tacos aren’t a bad way to start the morning. Of course I had to top it off with some of that NM fire roasted green chile. Who’s hungry!
