We just shipped a full premium course product from scratch.
Not “a bunch of videos”.

Here’s what it actually took.

Timeline (real dates)
March 2024
Curriculum + course architecture started.

Phase 1: Pre-production
We planned everything before hitting record:
lesson structure
documentation + templates
scripting
project paths (choose-your-own-adventure style)
October → mid-November 2024
Platform + website development.

Phase 2: Production
- Anthony flew to our studio and we filmed the entire course in under 7 days.
Over 1TB of footage captured.
Rough sprint. Clean result.

Course structure:
3 modules
9 projects students can choose from
mentorship layer built into the experience

Phase 3: Post-production We edited like a production pipeline, not like YouTube edits:
DaVinci Resolve: rough cuts + color
After Effects: clean animations to explain systems
Premiere Pro: sound design + music + final polish
Beta testing We hand-picked 10 people to test the first version before launch.

Launch: January 1st, 2025
We went live, and we’ve been live since.

How long should my ads be? That's a question we all ask. Getting it right is key because we don't want to waste money on creatives that flop, right?

Our strategy involved building an audience focused on a specific topic within our client's niche. By experimenting with various video formats, we quickly discovered a method to achieve viral success in this industry.

This strategy contributed to rapid growth on their page, a platform of choice for their ideal customers. As a result, we were able to advertise more efficiently, achieving a Cost Per Lead (CPL) of under $10, significantly lower than the industry standard of $30. Our ads, noted for their high Click-Through Rate (CTR%), effectively attracted our target audience to our client's offerings.

This strategy yielded 7x ROI on the ad budget + cost of our services.
