To all the wonderful memories we’ve created and all the lessons life has taught us, we are grateful as we reminisce and reflect. But best of all, the memories with friends and love ones during the boba dates: the laughter, the smiles, the tears of joys, the precious time spent together! Never a bad time when there’s boba involved. 😉🥰

Attention Ube Lovers! Your favorite Fresh Boba is back on this month! Soft, chewy with a slight subtle hint of Ube.

While traditional tapioca boba is normally black, we like to push the expectation a little beyond the norm and create our own fun flavors, that’s why we call ours Fresh Boba! When it’s made fresh from scratch in smaller batches, it brings out the true texture of boba so it’s softer and chewier. True boba fans know the full boba experience is all about texture combined with flavors of the drink. So we focus on perfecting the boba texture adding a touch fun colors to our Fresh Boba while keeping flavors subtle so it can be paired with any drink on the menu without overpowering the taste of your drink. It’s truly a labor of love….for boba!

A little recap of what is Ube? It’s a divine gorgeous scrumptious purple yam popular in many Asian desserts. Commonly mistaken to be the same with its cousin taro; however, Ube has a different distinctive taste and has a much deeper purple. Both delicious, just not the same. Twisted Taro, our top seller on the menu is definitely a Bing Tea fan favorite. But the Ube Cheesecake & Ube on Crack (from the secret menu) have also won many hearts and taste buds. IYKYK 😉
