So here's an actual example of going above and beyond. "Working both sides of the deal" means that even when you spend 4 months working for free (agents don't get paid a penny until the deal actually closes. Getting under contract is the easiesy part. Negotiating a.k.a. arguing about repairs can go on forever) you find a way to genuinely stay positive and keeeeeep going doing the work on the "other" side that the seller's agent is supposed to do, not you who represents the buyer.

Proper paperwork requied by New Mexico Environmental Department is super complicated buttttttt this agent took classes this agent created relationships in the government departments, this agent got title opened when it was supposedly done months ago by someone else durp!

This agent also wrote countless emails to the other side's bosses etc etc.

THE reason I feel joyful (most days) is because my clients who I legally represent even though I'm working for free on buyer's side, are super humerous and wicked smart.

The best part for me is getting to deeply know people through super close super high risk projects. Collaborating and agreeing upon strategy for each step.

Even if you have lots of money I won't do the "normal" real estate culture thang which is politely called "be a camellion" (and if that is your method I'm genuinely glad for you. I'm not built that way)

Long story longer, I am super selective about who is a good match for me and who might be a better match for you as well!!!
