⚠️ | MEDICARE CUSTOMERS | (Age 65+)

It will be very important to watch your mail for the new 2026 information for your Advantage plan or drug plan. Drug plans will be changing quite a bit for the new year, so please give us a call with your drug list ready so we can check your options for 2026! We can see prices starting October 1st usually.

⚠️ | HEALTH INSURANCE CUSTOMERS | (Under 65)

The marketplace is going to be making big changes on what income limits qualify and possibly the prices of the plans. If you are offered work insurance, it may be a good idea to look into taking it. If it is unaffordable for the family plan, the family (other than the employee), may still qualify for tax credits on the marketplace insurance, but we just won’t know what prices will look like until November 1st.

Something to keep in mind if you utilize a Health Savings Account and are getting close to retirement age!

Even if you don't take any prescriptions, we recommend signing up for the cheapest drug plan to avoid this fine.

It is important for the patient to advocate for themselves to hopefully avoid issues with being "outpatient" versus "inpatient!"
