One of the best things I ever did for my health physically and mentally was step up onto that stage. Before the stage? I had to step in. Step into the door of wanting change, step into the door of Jazzercise, step into the door of trying. In life there are so many obstacles but there are so many rewards if you try. So today Iβm encouraging you to take that step in whatever you want in life. Start slow, tackle the obstacles, and go for it πͺ All your trainers are here for you!
Looking back at 2025.. the move + mingle workouts started with a simple idea I had been wanting to do for years. It took a lot of self talk and convincing myself I could pull something like this off. And just like that.. 3 of them are done! π«Άπ» A big thank you to everyone who has come or supported from afar. I canβt wait to see where 2026 takes us! I have a lot of ideas and if you ever have one donβt hesitate to reach out! Also if you want to stay up to date with the workouts events π₯³πͺ

75 hard (ish) complete πͺ 75 days of a one gallon of water, two 45 minute workouts (one inside, one outside), a progress photo, 10 pages of self development, sticking to a diet, no alcohol. I said I did 75 hard *ish* because my workouts were interrupted when theyβre supposed to be non stop and I did enjoy life and had some dessert. π§
This challenge has been something Iβve wanted to do for a long time now. Was it easy? No. Would I do it again? Unsure. Did I want to prove to myself that as a mom of two I can still stick to something and make myself proud? Absolutely. I broke through my weight loss plateau and lost 5lbs and gained muscle πͺ
This mama may be part crazy but she enjoys a challenge every now and then. If youβre looking for a sign to put your fitness and health first.. this is it. π₯³ If itβs 75hardβ¦ make sure you do it in the spring or summer months βοΈ And if you would like some of my tips lmk cuz I definitely have some!
Ps.. if you had no idea I was doing this.. I only told 3 people π€£ Keep your goals to yourself and smash them πͺππ»

Why do we workout? For me, itβs a feeling. An inside βblahβ feeling. When Iβm not taking care of myself I donβt feel my best. And thatβs when that feeling happens. But when Iβm a stronger, more fit version of myself, I feel better, I can do more things, and I feel WAY more confident in myself. ππ» (Iβm also a way better mom)
And thatβs what matters, how I feel about myself and how I show up for my husband and our two girls. This is why I started Move With Adele and now in person workout events. π₯³ Every time I finish a workout and feel strong, sweaty, and good.. I tell myself, more people need to know about this feeling. This feeling that literally helps our bodies in so many ways. Working out not only makes us stronger but it helps us reduce our stress, connect our mind to our body, and can even increase our happiness. Add in a group of people doing it alongside you? 100 times even better.
You have strength inside of you.. sometimes all it takes is showing up for yourself and telling yourself you can. Watch how your world can change with movement!
