We’re excited to announce the opportunity for you to join our 6-week healthy lifestyle program. Featuring lectures from a functional medicine physician, acupuncturist and herbalist, and psychotherapist, this series aims to help you make a variety of improvements to your overall health.
Some of the intended benefits of the program are increased energy, better sleep, improved digestion, reduced cravings, mental clarity, better mood, reduced inflammation, a stronger immune system, weight loss, and a better understanding of healthy living.
As part of the program, you will undergo an initial and final assessment that includes a complete body composition analysis to determine your muscle mass, fat distribution, and basal metabolic rate. These analyses are normally priced at $300 per scan at Medicatrix, but they will be supplied free of charge for those who choose to participate in this program.
In addition to the informative lectures, this program will also provide you with delicious recipes and lifestyle tips to help you maintain what you learn during the course long after it has concluded.
Optional assistance for appetite suppression is available with acupressure for small additional fees.
