Stanly County Schools is pleased to announce Ms. Emily Furr as the new principal of Endy Elementary School! ❤

Ms. Furr currently serves as principal of North Stanly Middle School, where she has completed her third year in the role. Prior to serving as principal, she was assistant principal at North Stanly Middle School and completed a year-long principal internship at North Stanly High School. Before transitioning into school administration, Ms. Furr served as a fourth grade teacher at Endy Elementary and previously taught kindergarten for four years....

Thank you Endy Redhawks and Families for a successful 2025-26 school year. Take this time to slow down, spend time with family, travel to new places, read a book (or two...), take part in the public Library programs and local festivals, go on hikes, have a picnic, splash around in a pool, and embrace every part of Summer. We are already making preparations for an AMAZING 2026-2027 school year! See you in August!

1st grade had a week long study on goods, services, producers, and consumers this past week. They ended the unit with a lemonade stand. Students practiced first hand being a producer/server and being a consumer. Kicking off Summer in a refreshing and educational way!

Stanly County Schools is proud to partner in providing free, healthy meals for children and teens 18 years old and younger this summer. Meals will be available June 8 – July 23, 2026, with pick-up at Albemarle Middle School

✅ Meals are available at no cost

Happy Belated Nurse’s Day to the amazing nurse, Faith McSwain, who helps keep our school running strong every single day! ❤️ We may be a day late posting, but we are never late recognizing the care, kindness, patience, and support you give to our students and staff. Thank you for every bandage, every comforting word, and every smile you share with our Redhawks each day! 🩺📚

We also want to shout-out to all the other school nurses who have gone above and beyond during this time of need for our school. Thank you!

We may be getting some much needed rain on this dreary day but it's all SUNSHINE and smiles inside the building as our 5th graders walked the red carpet to kick off our state testing! A HUGE THANK YOU to our supporters at Will's Place for providing an amazing breakfast for our teachers to fuel the day and continue our week of Teacher Appreciation!!!

Awards days begin this week!!! Check out the schedule! Be sure to leave banned items (pocket knives, to***co, vapes, etc.) at home or in your car! We look forward to celebrating all of our Redhawks!
