The City of Albany is offering grant funding to support programs that help unhoused or housing-insecure individuals impacted by opioid use transition into stable housing, recovery, and long-term community integration. Nonprofits and community organizations who meet the criteria under the Oregon Opioid Settlement Exhibit E may qualify for a grant award. The total program allocation is $250,000. More details are available on the attached PDF. Applications are online and due by May 29 for award in June.

Last month we heard from CASA of Linn County and we want to share some ways you can help them out!
First if you would like a blue bag for Bottle Drop to support CASA, we will have some available to pick up. Let Jennifer Cooper Willis know if you'd like some! From April 15-26 Bottle Drop will give a 20% match.
April is Child Abuse Awareness Month and there is always a need for more folks to become CASAs and support children and youth experiencing foster care in our community. If you are interested in becoming a CASA you can find dates for upcoming information sessions here:
